It’s been a while since I last wrote a ‘What Did You Say?’ post. Here are some recent howlers, courtesy of my darling daughter:
- Thaïs’ most recent favorite program is ‘Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grater’
- During this season, since she can’t go out to play everyday because of the rain, she likes to sit in front of the TV with a bowl of ‘potcorn’ or ‘marshbellows’
- Her current favorite storybook is ‘Jack And The Beanstop’
- Her current TV hero is ‘Hairy Potner’ (Harry Potter)
- When I’m driving, if it happens to rain she insists on switching on the wipers to ‘clean the drizzlings on the windscream’
- And finally, like all kids, she loves to splash about in the rain – with her raincoat and ‘protector of the head’ (a.k.a. hood)
